The Conigramme emeiensis is native to China and is a fern. This means that it likes a reasonably light position, but not too much and direct sunlight.
The fern likes a constant slightly moist soil. The best way to get this is to water more often. Make sure that the soil does not become too wet, otherwise the roots will rot. A good way to prevent this is to add a layer of hydro grains to the bottom of the pot.
It has beautifully strikingly drawn leaves with a striped pattern, in which yellow-green and dark-green stripes alternate. The fern is also called the Chinese Bamboo Fern, but is also known as the Golden Zebra.
The plant can be used as a houseplant, but can also be placed in a shady garden. It is hardy to a degree of -10 Celsius.
